Perimeter Berm Project - Our first project!

Our committee is investigating using the Lee County MSTBU (Municipal Services Taxing/Benefit Unit) to complete the required "Berm Project". Other methods that lead to the completion of this project are also being considered.

The Lee County MSTBU requires 50% +1 of the owners to agree via petition to move forward with this option.

We have reached our initial goal of member signatures on our petition and are still reaching out to members of the community to join us both for support and education on the issue. We welcome all input from our members while we work to complete the Berm Project.

Committee Name Change - April 26, 2024

The founding members of this ad-hoc committee have changed the name of our group to Action Committee of Remington Oaks. It is our purpose to work on any projects for the betterment of our community.

Any member of the Remington Oaks community is welcome to join with us in our pursuit(s) for improving our neighborhood and to work with and get to know your neighbors.

➕ We will be scheduling a Q&A session with the Lee County MSTBU representative. All community members are invited to participate. A venue and date will be advertised here.

➕ We will be investigating the available surveys to determine what lots need corrective action for the Berm Project.
